Simplo released its 2023 Sustainability Report, highlights Simplo’s enhancing for "climate resilience," "sustainable supply chain," "net-zero pathway," "circular materials," and "green innovation." Meanwhile commit long-term efforts in ESG and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Since launching first Sustainability Report in 2021, Simplo has annual published ,and verified by third-party SGS. The 2023 report follow the GRI Standards and incorporates the hardware sector indicators set by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), ensuring transparency in information disclosure.

Simplo is dedicated to green manufacturing, adhering to the principles of "source reduction and resource recovery" as the foundation for waste management. In July 2024, Simplo's Chongqing plant officially obtained the highest Platinum level certification with the UL 2799 Zero Waste to Landfill standard, achieving a 100% waste conversion rate, thereby demonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability.

Simplo Group has established a comprehensive net-zero pathway, outlining short, medium, and long-term carbon reduction plans. The company led the industry by passing the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) near-term target review in 2023 and joined the RE100 initiative in 2024, aiming for 100% renewable energy usage across all global operations by 2040.

Talent sustainability remains a key focus for Simplo Group. To foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, Simplo Group has joined the "2024 TALENT, in Taiwan" Talent Sustainability Action Alliance.
