Remuneration & Welfare
Simplo Technology adheres to an equal pay policy, providing competitive salaries and benefits. Employment and salary decisions are based on the internal grade-related salary structure, with primary considerations including education, experience, and professional capability, avoiding disparities due to region, gender, or other factors. To motivate employees and the management team, in addition to cash compensation, the company offers retirement benefits or severance payments, various allowances, and other substantive reward measures. Regarding the compensation system, to incentivize employees and the management team, according to the company's articles of association, if the company earns a profit in a given year, no less than 3% should be allocated as employee remuneration. Of this employee remuneration, at least 30% should be allocated to frontline employees, with distribution in the form of shares or cash as decided by the board of directors. This applies to employees of subsidiaries who meet certain criteria. This approach not only ensures that employees' salaries remain competitive in the market but also enhances company performance, creating a win-win situation. On March 5, 2025, the board of directors approved the allocation of employee remuneration for the 2024 fiscal year of NT$195,583,000 and director remuneration of NT$29,000,000, to be distributed in cash.

Pension Scheme
The company has established the 'Labor Retirement Fund Supervisory Committee' to oversee employee pension expenditures and has formulated the 'Employee Retirement Measures' in accordance with the 'Labor Pension Act.' Employees within the establishment who meet the criteria of these measures may apply for pensions according to these measures. The pension system follows the new and old pension schemes stipulated in the Labor Standards Act. The company applies the provisions of the 'Labor Pension Act,' allocating 6% of each employee's monthly salary to their individual pension account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance; the company's pension system under the 'Labor Standards Act' is a government-managed defined benefit retirement plan. It is calculated based on years of service and the average salary of the six months prior to approved retirement, with 2% of the employee's total monthly salary contributed to the pension, which is then deposited into a dedicated account at the Bank of Taiwan under the name of the Labor Retirement Fund Supervisory Committee. Operations in mainland China follow the relevant provisions of the Social Insurance Law. The participation rate of regular employees in the retirement plan is 100%.
